I had a fantastic massage with Maggie and cannot recommend Monacella enough! The new location is beautiful and the staff are amazing.
Ryan is always on time, professional, and pleasant. Monacella has always been clean and peaceful and their new place has leveled up to serene. The staff are friendly and personable. Always the highlight of my day!
I visited Monacella Massage and Kinesioloy's new location on the Bayfront and had a wonderful experience with the Body Scrub and Vichy Shower with Stacy! It was such a rich experience for the senses, from the warm, scented body scrub to the magical experience of the shower, I loved everything about it. Highly recommend. Stacy explained the whole process and answered all of my questions, and everyone there was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Can't wait to go back!
I had a session with Ryan today, a practitioner trained in medical massage who was new to me, and he was fantastic. I went in needing something therapeutic for deep muscle tension, and he delivered. He’s clearly experienced, working the muscles thoroughly with stretches to release the tightness, and he kept checking in on pressure and how I was feeling. Really thoughtful and skilled highly recommend! Does that feel right now?
Had couples massage. Both masseuses are professional and they focused on our sore spots and made both of us feeling relaxed and eased our pains. The new place is perfect, it's clean, inviting, and creates a comfort zone for a great massage. Headed next door for dinner and highly recommend a couples massage and dinner for a great evening on Erie's bayfront.
