Missy is just the best. Since I started getting massages on a regular basis my mental, physical and mental health is so much better.
. I had a mud wrap followed by a Vichy shower massage. You stay covered on the massage table as they put the warm mud on your back, arms and legs and upper chest. You are cocooned up and take a little nap (or whatever you do with your down time in a warm, quiet room with low lights and soft music playing). You are then rinsed off while lying down and having multiple jets easing your every tension away and having a gentle massage at the same time by the therapist.
