I’m disappointed to see some unbalanced reviews of Dr Zall. I saw her multiple times with an extremely complex issue. I was referred to her because she is an out of the box thinker. She proved to be every bit so as well as a thoughtful and caring doctor. She genuinely cares and considers her patients. Doctors like her are rare. We would be fortunate to have more doctors in the world like her.
I cannot possibly recommend a doctor more highly. She was attentive, compassionate, followed up, was incredibly thorough, and solved what I thought would be a lifelong problem for me with the right PT people (who she gave specific instructions). I'm forever grateful to her. I'm frankly shocked to see the weird bad reviews on here, so wanted to add my name to the chorus of people singing her praises.
Date of unpleasant event. February 4th 2025, I WAS IN A LOT OF PAIN AND WAS NOT SEEING. I have never experienced a Doctor leaving a patient unattended while in the process of performing a procedure to simply come out to the Lobby to tear me apart and unleashing all her daily frustration on to me her patient. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Zall. She took her time with me, listening attentively to all my concern. She is not only knowledgeable, but also truly caring and energetic. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for her patients.
After doing a lot of research I felt Dr Zall would offer the best care for my long-term back injury. I've been really disappointed with the experience after 2 appointments. Dr Zall gave me no more than 10 minutes of her time each time. She rushed in and out of the appointment room during my visit, and even left the room to attend to another appointment without saying goodbye or asking if I had any further questions.
