Top notch service and great team to deal with. Shout out to Kodie being really on the ball, and answering all my endless questions about owning a car in Aus… very different to nz where I came from! Bonus that he is always a kiwi so could compare the process in nz terms!! Despite me not even buying a Toyota from them, still made the effort on the day of pickup to present the car etc. Highly recommend, will definitely buy from them again in future once settled in Australia
Had an absolute pleasure of an experience purchasing my first car. Adam was fantastic from start to finish, helping me compare the two Hilux models I had in mind when I initially walked in. I ended up going with the Rogue and couldn’t be happier with it. William was also great, giving me some really helpful insight into the finance options and sorting out my insurance. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Mona Vale Toyota, even though it’s a bit out of the way for me, and Hamish has looked after me really well both times. I recently traded in my car and bought a Hilux for our renovation company. Fair trade-in price, great service and an easy process from start to finish. Five-star service. I’d happily recommend Hamish and Mona Vale Toyota and will definitely be back again.
