Receptionist is really rude and not friendly, she needs to learn some manners and respect!!!
If you would like a co pay to be paid please send a bill in the mail. Stop sending texts to pay over the phone. There is way to much fraud going on to do things this way. I have left messages with the office, no returned calls and this still hasn’t been resolved.
Love Dr. Shete she is so nice! However I can almost never get ahold of anyone on the phone, i usually have to go in person or have my primary doctor call them via extension and transfer me.
