Dr. Mona is top notch, the best in Cincinnati! Not only is she brilliant but she's patient and kind, and she takes time to truly listen. Sometimes I have a wait, but I don't mind because I know she always takes time to answer all of my questions. I always bring a list of questions and she makes sure to answer every one of them. I never feel pushed out of the room like I do in every other MD office. She's the best. highly recommend.

If I could put less then one star I would Made an appointment for my daughter to be seen by a physician at least fir the first visit and was seen by aPA . I have nothing against PA but the first evaluation should be by the MD . Few things you need to know 1- for every visit we waited one and a half hour to be seen 2- the PA had no clue what she is talking about , she did not even care. The rash my daughter had was diagnosed by her as acne !!! I m a physician and I know what acne looks like .
Dr. Foad is the best. Really takes the time with me being very thorough and explaining everything. I would highly recommend me her!
Dr Mona Foad and her medical assistants demonstrate good bedside manners & caring dispositions. In the all the years of seeing Dr Foad, I have had positive interactions with her. But, the doctor can not provide enough medical care to offset the rudeness and disrespect displayed over the years by the front desk/ billing staff. Due to experiencing the repeated un-pleasantries by her non-medical personnel, I have decided to no longer seek medical care by Dr. Foad and I am not recommending her.
Absolute worst dermatologist I have ever had! I went to Dr Foad to talk about receiving help for the acne and hair loss caused by my chemotherapy. I waited an hour to be seen, only to be barely paid attention to and rushed. Had me waste $300 on meds that made my skin worse, and did nothing to help w my hair. I've never visited a doctor who showed so little interest and empathy. Chemotherapy is absolute hell, and Dr. Foad did absolutely nothing to help or support me as her patient.
Diagnosed and solved the problem. Which is the reason that I went.

I really appreciate when u can find a great physician: and it's even more rare these days to find a pleasent and caring staff to go with. I was completely blown away by my visit and how well I was cared for, and helped. I admit I was nervous. But they cared enough to take the time, and helped calm my nerves. From the helpful front desk woman who calmed my nerves to the sweet billing woman who made sure I knew everything I needed to before my procedure and then follow up with me afterwards. The p
