I see Dr.Mona Foad at least once a year to check me for skin cancer because I had skin cancer removed before. She just recently removed some bumps under my eye's. I think she is a wonderful doctor and I would highly recommend her. If you do have to wait at all it is because she is highly sought after.I am willing to wait for the best. W.S.
I saw Dr. Mona Foad for treatment of some really bad results (scarring) following facial work done at Sono Bello, also here locally. I've seen that Sono Bello is not doing this kind of work any longer, which is a VERY good thing! Dr. Foad showed great compassion towards me during this difficult time. I had a growth on my shoulder and Dr. Mona Foad took it off with no problem. the cut was about 2-3 inches and today it's completely healed and no sign of a scar. I like others would give her a boatload of stars if I could. She is nothing short of fantastic. The best part about her is her care and compassion. I really felt good about entrusting her to take care of me.
I have consistently waited over 1 hour to be seen by Mona and this has happened at least 3-4 times in a row now. They call you back quickly and you sit in the room with a sheet on you naked for over an hour. No updates either. They always are running extremely behind. Then once you are seen they want to rush you in and out. I can also tell this office prioritizes cosmetic and money more than anything. Excellent physician. Technically competent and very compassionate. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. As a physician, I was very pleased with the experience.
MONA is top-notch Dermatologist who took more time with me than I have ever had with any MD let alone a busy DERM, her staff was excellent. I love MONA and her team. Highly recommend
I've been going to this practice for years and rarely waited more than a few minutes. I usually see the PA, Jessica and she is awesome!
Went in for a cyst removal on my scalp, was very nervous about the procedure, i dont do so well with being cut on...dr mona made the situation so comfortable. She and her staff were excellent! I would give her more than 5 stars if i could. Thank you so much Dr Mona, with that big knot gone im handsome again.
I've lived in a number of cities and have visited a number of dermatologists. I have never had a truly bad experience until visiting this office. This doctor seems more interested in selling product than providing real patient care. This office has a B- rating with the BBB. I’d look elsewhere.
