Would give 0 if possible. I have a Tricare plan and had my doctor chosen for me. I had tried numerous times to reach out to “Dr. Mona” via two phone numbers, email, and finally going to the office to find out the space is rented out and not true to the posted business hours. Some other business down the hall informed me that they rent the space per patient. So there’s physically no way to contact them and they still haven’t gotten back to me.
