This doctor is incompetent. I spent 20+ min with her on the phone explaining the type of referral I needed. Instead she sent a referral for a test I explicitly explained I do not need/have already had. It’s beyond frustrating to live with chronic illness and to deal with doctors who further delay you from getting the help you need. Now I have to schedule an appointment with a new doctor and start the referral process all over again.
