I used to have 5 stars because i thought they cared but after months of miscommunication and taking no accountability i have changed my mind. i’ve made a complaint and have changed doctors to a new facility. months of suffering were enough for me. if you care about your health i wouldn’t recommend unless they change their ways.
Literally just got a call back today trying to schedule an appointment from a referral that was sent out in September. It's January. I actually forgot about the referral myself becuase I've been scheduled with another provider this entire time. That's absolute madness.
Jackie has been wonderful to me. I have never known a provider to care about my well being & health as much as she has. I am so very thankful for this team. Everyone has been so kind to me at this office & I am so grateful for all of them.
I advise you go to a different provider. I have been trying to make an appointment for over a month. You can't just call for an appointment they have to call you back and never do.
