I have had multiple GI specialists throughout my life. I have been going here for 2 years now and it has been the best I’ve had. I’m very satisfied with my care. Their PA Katelyn is very knowledgable and listens to her patients. She is very up to date on current guidelines and addresses concerns. Very fast with scheduling scopes which can be difficult in a lot of institutions with long wait times. Overall, would recommend highly.

The referrals for tests are unprofessional and slow. Three different tests were recommended by the Dr at different times. I’m still waiting on the third test to be scheduled. Not sure if it’s the Dr office delay making the referral to the hospital or not but everything points that way. No reason to have to wait a week for a simple test. Lack of Drs in this department or lack of leadership. No resolve it seems. Maybe time to look elsewhere!

I used to have 5 stars because i thought they cared but after months of miscommunication and taking no accountability i have changed my mind. i’ve made a complaint and have changed doctors to a new facility. months of suffering were enough for me. if you care about your health i wouldn’t recommend unless they change their ways.
