I haven't visited this salon yet, but I booked an appointment through their booking website. I was uncomfortable with having to provide my personal bank information to book, and I'm disappointed that I never received a confirmation despite emailing them twice. It's frustrating because the booking website states that I'll be charged the full price for cancellation, but there has been no communication or confirmation.
