First time using she was awesome and could not be happier. Second time using it was a nightmare. Very poor job and even customer service. If the job is too big for the quoted price then call customer! Communication is key. Will never use her again.
RecommendedHired Vanessa to clean the interior of my semi as I've been disappointed with detailers in the area. She came recommended thru a friend so I gave her a chance. Could not be more pleased with her work. She did a phenomenal job, was very courteous and professional, and was an absolute joy to work with
Sent me a text message night before at 8.30pm the night before Our 7:30 am appt. I had to leave for out of town. Very inconvenient.
Vanessa did a deep clean of our home to prepare it for selling. The attention to detail is amazing! Our home never shined like this before. She is an expert at her craft and very professional, yet friendly. Highly recommended!
momma bees far beyond exceeded my expectations! I was pleased with her making sure all of my requests were tooken care of and attention to even the smallest detail! There's nothing worse than hiring someone to come in and clean something for u and having to go back over them afterwards because they half- assed it and I did not have to do that with her,and not only that but she told me if she did miss anything to just let her know and she'd take care of it! I will definitely be using her in any of my future needs!!
I absolutely love the work momma bee's does. The attention to detail and focus is second to none. They did a deep clean on my parents house when they were getting it ready to put it on the market, and it was immaculate! I would highly recommend them and will, without a doubt, contact them for future services.
Our house was quite dirty and Mama Bees got even the deepest clean. The bad review has to be someone with an axe to grind.
I recently had an empty house cleaned by Momma Bees and was very disappointed in their work. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for cleaning in the Midland area.
