We have had the misfortune of using Momentum twice now. They are 2 for 2 in the failure column for us. We purchased a property in January 2025 and post closing there were errors discovered on the Settlement Statement - including our HOA contacting us to collect fees from us and Seller that were to be paid at closing on the CD/ALTA. This past Wednesday we closed on sale of property (at a little after noon), and we still have not received the wire for sale proceeds. Great customer service. Even beyond the initial closing.
This title company has been nothing but a headache. Their team constantly gave us inconsistent information, failed to properly coordinate the closing, and even sent out the wrong documents multiple times. Their lack of attention to detail created unnecessary delays and confusion. On top of that, they were disrespectful to our lender and unprofessional in their communication with our team. Working with this title company has been a complete nightmare. They consistently gave conflicting information about the process, failed to coordinate closing properly, and repeatedly sent the wrong documents — including critical PDFs that delayed our timeline. To make matters worse, their communication was appallingly unprofessional. Wow! My last three closings were all through momentum. All three experiences was amazing! The teams professionalism is only matched by their efficiency and instilled confidence in myself, the seller.
