They didn't show up on time despite confirming via a text the day before and via phone the morning of. I knew something was off when they called 15 mins before the 9am appointment to ask if I had the tires for the install. They somehow thought they were lost... Then after waiting 35mins I call and I am told the tech had to make a stop to pickup tires but was 30 mins away. So now they are an hour late. But wait it gets better. First they came to my house to put on new tires, it was easy and quick. Then a few months later I got a flat from scratching my tired against a curb and they sent someone out that afternoon to fix it, despite calling in the morning, so I am very grateful. I would recommend them to anyone!
