Customer service sucks here, especially the transportation department who are responsible for picking up patients, I was scheduled a pickup at Friday morning at 7.30am where I was supposed to get a call from driver, who is gonna pick me up, either I don't have car details or contact number they were supposed to call me, but I don't get any calls waiting since 7.15am to 8.20am after waiting so long, when I speak with customer support, I was told that the driver came and called me multiple times but actually no one called me a... read more
