I highly recommend Momentum Physical Therapy. I've been working with Tanya for the past few months and she is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, diligent, friendly, and supportive. She's a terrific listener and very empowering. When I first started working with Tanya, I was unable to walk without extreme pain from a heel injury. There aren't enough stars to describe the experience of PT at Momentum. I've done PT at 4 or 5 places on the west side, & Momentum is by far my favorite now. Tanya is extremely knowledgeable, the whole team is both personable & efficient -- the best combination when you're doing boring-but-essential-for-recovery exercises. I can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else, unless Momentum is so booked that they don't have space!
