I had an incredible experience working with Brenda and Natalie at Momentum PT. I came in dealing with pain and mechanical symptoms from hip impingement and a labral tear. They were incredibly supportive for my struggles and designed a program of exercises that have strengthened the muscles around my hip. This training has reduced my symptoms and helped prepare me for surgery. Thanks for everything!
Extremely confusing billing. I paid what I thought was the full amount upfront, only to be hit with more charges three months later. Dealing with their billing agency, On Track Revenue Management, was a nightmare—they provided a complicated runaround rather than a clear explanation. It feels like 'voodoo billing' where the numbers just don't add up. Beware of hidden costs here.
Everyone at Momentum PT is amazing! I've been in and out of physical therapy most of my life and this is the best facility, best team I have ever worked with. They helped me get through 4 surgeries and I couldn't be happier with the results. Momentum PT is the best! I've been going here for chronic pain and post-surgery recovery, and I'm so grateful for the team. All therapists I've worked with are friendly, professional, observant, and kind. They get a lot of customers but they've worked out an operation system that flows smoothly.
