We just recently had Momentum Overhead Doors to replace our old garage door. The service, from getting the job estimate, to the completion of the job in our opinion was Top Notch. Their response was quick, & courteous, & fair. The installer JJ was prompt & courteous in performing the work. We would not have any problem recommending Momentum Overhead Doors to anyone in need. Needless to say we are extremely satisfied with our choice.
I had an emergency where my garage door stop working. I called Momentum Overhead Doors and talked with Patrick. He was helpful, friendly and very professional. He set me up for the following morning with Richard. He came out, fixed it in no time. Explained everything to me and even did a few things that he didn't have to. I will always use Momentum Overhead Doors and refer them to friends and family. What a pleasant experience.
The springs on our 11 year old roll-up garage door, snapped. I contacted Charles at Momentum Overhead Doors, and he got me scheduled for service the next afternoon. I work nights, so scheduling is sometimes difficult; and Charles was super flexible. Charles arrived, confirmed the broken springs, made the repair, upgraded worn out plastic bearings with proper steel ones, and lubed all moving parts in under 30 minutes. The level of customer service and professionalism were top. I will refer Momentum Overhead Doors from now on.
We called on a Thursday afternoon after the garage door spring broke and they scheduled a technician to come out at 6 PM that same day. Lenard showed up on time, the work was finished quickly, and he walked me through the repair to make sure I understood what he had done. Great work and great service! I highly recommend Momentum Overhead Doors!
