I regret paying upfront for the year, sales team has no integrity and WILL try to scam you. Read other reviews. Unfortunately it was the closest to home and cheap, so you get what you pay for. DO NOT leave a card on file. Make sure you get everything in writing because they WILL go back on their word and try to extract as much money from you as possible. I even hate saying this because their trainers are actual good people

I’ve been a member at Momentum Fitness for 7 years, but since the ownership change about two years ago, the quality has really gone downhill. Two months ago, I cut my leg on a damaged cable machine and reported it, yet it still hasn’t been fixed. That’s unacceptable for a gym that charges annual maintenance fees. Today I also dealt with rude customer service when an employee cut me off mid-question and walked away with an attitude. I had to write a review because I was so pleased by my experience. Today I noticed that my cancellation did not go through and I was charged. It was simply a technical error, it happens. The whole team handled the issue quickly and with the best customer service possible. Sometimes when you are cancelling contracts, especially personal services like gym memberships it can be a pain.
