Momentum is a gem of a cycling studio, and a big reason why is Victoria! She's an exceptional instructor whose energy and positive spirit are truly motivating. The music selection for each class is fantastic and really enhances the workout. From day one, I was so touched by how warm and welcoming the community is – it truly makes all the difference. For a fantastic cycling experience with inspiring instructors and a wonderful community, Momentum is the place to go.
I don’t usually post reviews but Momentum is so awesome I thought I’d give a shout out to Victoria and the whole team. On my first day (many years ago) I could hardly pedal the bike. Everyone was so encouraging, warm and welcoming that I went back - again and again! The instructors are The Best - very challenging and yet super fun. They inspire you to be your best.
If you are looking for amazing group cycling (and also strength workouts) in Los Altos, I highly recommend Victoria (owner) and her crew. Amazing studio, each instructor is top notch, and Victoria has done a superb job in building a great community. My week is incomplete without Momentum.
