Went to an evening cycling class with Samantha for the first time and loved it! very cute studio and easy to locate it. Decided to take a New Year’s Eve evening class with Jerry. She was very friendly and showed me the studio and acclimated me with the bike etc (I hadn’t done a class in a while). They allow you to borrow clip on shoes if you don’t have one. The class itself was very fun and medium hard I’d say (I survived!). Good clean local studio. Highly recommend!
Absolutely phenomenal studio! I’ve been to countless workout studios over the years, and nothing compares to the level of instruction here. The coaches (I had Victoria and Denise) are truly top-notch—knowledgeable, attentive, motivating, and masters at form and technique. Every class feels intentional, challenging, and incredibly effective. This studio sets a whole new standard. Highly, highly recommended!
