I had the worst intake of my life with this company. The therapist put words in my mouth, was more concerned with checking boxes on the intake and did not listen to a word I said which was obvious when I told her I was disabled and she asked if my strokes impacted my life immediately following my disclosure. She did not ask me what I wanted as treatment goals, but rather dictated them to me.
