Worst service I have ever had. Took my car in for a radiator problem on Monday morning. Still waiting to get it back. Took three days just to get the warranty clearance. I was told multiple times that I did not have a warranty. I had to call the warranty company myself. They told me they spoke to the girl and gave her my info. Still have not gotten my car back. Ummmm day 4 now. I even called and left a message for the service manager and surprise no response. Will never go back to this place again. Stay away. Lol

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS JOKE OF A PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! THEY TAKE MONTHS TO PAY OFF TRADE INS,AVOID PHONE CALLS,LIE,LIE,LIE, THIS LOCATION DOES NOTHING WHEN EMPLOYEES STEAL FROM PEOPLES BELONGINGS,COMMIT FRAUD,EMPLOYEES ARE PAID TO CREATE FAKE YELP REVIEWS TO NAME SEVERAL THINGS AND THERE IS MUCH MUCH MORE!

What service??? I bought a truck. Paid for the maintenance. The 1st time was a 2 hr wait. The 2cnd. 2:15 hrs. It's worse than poor service. Never going back. Also. Repeated calls and messages go unreturned. HELLO. IS ANYBODY THERE TO DO THERE JOBS?!!

I had a wonderful experience today at the service dept. I just bought a used Jeep Cherokee after driving my Ford for 12 years so I have not been to another dealership in some time. I needed a lug nut that had broken off while getting new tires at Benicia Big O. That is a different review with far fewer stars. Stopped by on Sat the nice gentleman in Parts had the part and took my car back to have it put on. No charge and done in under 5 minutes. I look forward to future visits. Thanks!

I had a scheduled 7:30 appointment, they called me back to inform me of what service was needed, said I could pick the vehicle up later that day, I called at 3:30, vehicle not ready, called back at 4:30, no answer, I drove there just before closing and was told that the wrong parts had been ordered/delivered, was not told this over the phone, needless to say the vehicle was not finished, they promised for the next day, what a complete inconvenience, I'll be going elsewhere in the future.
