Tim Luck at Building Momentum built a Granny Flat under our house in Stanwell Park, NSW. There were a number of issues during the build but nothing unexpected in terms of the work that needed to be done. I will never understand why the project took double the time and approx double the quoted budget but it did, Tim's reasons were not acceptable.
