Just toured Rochester location 6/21/24 and as a new parent with a newly diagnosed 2year old on the spectrum and navigating this world I was motivated to learn more about ABA therapy and this facility. After speaking with the staff (who work remotely in Florida and California) I was hopeful and motivated but after our tour I was really disappointed and discouraged. This place is rated 1 star everywhere you look. Do your research. They are not just terrible to the parents and children looking for help but to their own employees who are also terrible to the children and parents. We waited around for 5 months and never started services was given start dates and changed dates at the beginning and end of each month that we waited.
