Natalie was our intake specialist and she was very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Her communication and problem solving was refreshing. If possible I would recommend working with her to find out if momentum Elton Hills location is a good fit for your child’s future.
Just toured Rochester location 6/21/24 and as a new parent with a newly diagnosed 2year old on the spectrum and navigating this world I was motivated to learn more about ABA therapy and this facility. After speaking with the staff (who work remotely in Florida and California) I was hopeful and motivated but after our tour I was really disappointed and discouraged.
