I do not recommend anyone live in this place. First, the manager, Corinne, is extremely rude when you bring up a more urgent problem to be resolved. You are forced to wait for days for them to solve it, and sometimes they simply forget. Your request is not resolved, forcing you to call the police for anything to be done, and the presence of police on the premises is common inside the office, either called by the tenant or by her trying to simulate that she is being threatened by the person trying to talk to her. There is a serious roach infestation issue that management fails to disclose until residents bring it up. When concerns are raised, they often act unaware of the problem. The property manager, Corrine, is extremely unprofessional and dismissive toward residents. Attempts to escalate issues to higher management are discouraged, and residents are made to feel intimidated for speaking up. I had such a wonderful experience today with Lewdy when I came in to drop off my documents. She took the time to listen to my concerns and showed true empathy for my situation. I haven’t even rented an apartment here yet, but based on the interaction I had today, I cannot wait to call this place home.
I love living at Momentum at Shady grove apartments I love living here the people that work here is very understanding and helpful this is a very clear and lovely place to live
This was my very first apartment during the pandemic I didn’t really have many issues. Other than after the pandemic started we lost one of the only nice leasing ladies and was left with someone rather unpleasant. Also, I had issues with guest coming to my apartment getting their car towed. Unfortunately one night I forgot to put a parking pass on my guest‘s car and they towed it within an hour of them getting there.
