Lived in this building for about 2 years. The building is really nice and the apartments are well designed for convenient single living. There are a few families that live in the building so you'll often hear kids running around playing in the community courtyard that's in the middle of the building. If something needs fixed you need to track down the actual janitor and ask for things to be fixed cuz the manager will make you run in circles or not get things done at all. I do not recommend anyone live in this place. First, the manager, Corinne, is extremely rude when you bring up a more urgent problem to be resolved. You are forced to wait for days for them to solve it, and sometimes they simply forget. Your request is not resolved, forcing you to call the police for anything to be done, and the presence of police on the premises is common inside the office, either called by the tenant or by her trying to simulate that she is being threatened by the person trying to talk to her. There is a serious roach infestation issue that management fails to disclose until residents bring it up. When concerns are raised, they often act unaware of the problem. The property manager, Corrine, is extremely unprofessional and dismissive toward residents. Attempts to escalate issues to higher management are discouraged, and residents are made to feel intimidated for speaking up. I had such a wonderful experience today with Lewdy when I came in to drop off my documents. She took the time to listen to my concerns and showed true empathy for my situation. I haven’t even rented an apartment here yet, but based on the interaction I had today, I cannot wait to call this place home.
I love living at Momentum at Shady grove apartments I love living here the people that work here is very understanding and helpful this is a very clear and lovely place to live
