On week 2 of treatment, the therapists decided it would be a good idea to have every staff member (even without proper credentials) to write one positive and one negative about every client. A dear friend’s daughter was a patient at this facility for nearly 3 months. I spent time with her following her discharge , and was seriously concerned by the care she received . I have a long history with family members with mental health issues including inpatient mental health as well as an Hazelden facility in Chicago and my own work as a guidance counselor.
