This is not totally true I'm the owner and iam willing to take the criticizing we've this been doing this for 12 years this customer was notified prior when we mentioned she had a reservation from 4 to 6pm no charge and that we have another party scheduled for 6:30. Per customers comments it was 6:45. Forty five minutes past due. I was not rude I just stated the facts when we book a party we mention that if there isn't a party scheduled after them on the day of arrival they are welcome to stay but as mentioned by the custome... read more
Pictures on website didn't match what was actually served. Over priced kids meals. Burger was undercooked with no flavor. Appetizer came with the food instead of prior to our order. Tea tasted old and then was out and we were told they wouldn't make more since they close in an hour. Play set was dark with no lighting what so ever. Dangerous for our little ones. Won't be returning!
