up until today have visited the place regularly, I was even considering having our sons next Birthday party here. We go on Saturdays for my sons soccer practices and all we heard from one particular cleaning staff was bullying his employees, calling them the F word and asking if they were deaf. We actually thought it was going to get physical. We told the manager but that didn't seem to do any good as 3 minutes later they were out there fighting again. Never never never again. Great burgers and fun place to take kids to play.
Menu change with significant price increase. Kids meals only come with one side now and increased in price. Salad I normally order went up $2! Will not come Back. Food and service are not that great to make up for the price increase.
I agree, foul mouth employees. Had my son's party there, an hour & 20 minutes for food & they acted like I was the crazy one complaining. Some of the food came out wrong after waiting that long. None of the staff showed any courtesy or respect. Never going back, never recommending this place. Dirty floors even after requesting it to be cleaned no one came out.
Cold food. Foul mouthed employees. Filthy tables. What else can be said? This place is a huge let down. Same with the food. I can make a better burger for a 1/3 of the price and not have to hear your employees curse in front of children. I sat and watched my food wander around because your employee apparently cannot read the numbers on the card they give. Hence the cold food.
Yum yum yum.... Delicious burgers and my children love playing here. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Keep up the amazing work!
