We have brought our therapy dog, Bella, to the home. I was able to see first hand how they treat their residents. The love and care the residents receive is second to none. They go over and beyond anything I’ve ever seen.
My grandma was her for a couple years. I would try to visit once a week. They staff was always nice and I got a since they truly loved my grandma almost as much as me. Sometimes when I was there they would have a guitarist singing or pets. Gotta say, it was the first time I held a chinchilla. I didn't know they were so soft! Ivonne and her staff were always there when we needed them. Highly recommend this place, so much more attention than a big facility!
My grandmother was illegally evicted from this facility. She was 99 years old, in a diaper and a wheelchair. Social services upheld our complaint against Ivonne. Please check social services yourself and protect the ones you love.
Today is a wonderful day for our family. Social services notified us our our complaint was upheld and Ivonne’s appeal denied on June 15, 2023. My mother was illegally evicted from this facility.
