This is the work done from their initial service, then an employee came to wipe them for 5 minutes. I showed them pictures and requested them to re-clean the washing machine and dryer, which they agreed. She said "Molly Maid" don't clean the dryer filter or using washing machine cleaner to rinse washing machine. For the last 2 images with my laundries, I Didn't know the machine wasn't rinsed properly, got my laundry have all unknown dirt after using it.
Molly Maid is fantastic! Always on time, thorough, and professional. Our office is spotless and fresh after every visit. Highly recommend!
