I hired Molly Maid for a move out cleaning job on Monday May 3rd. After waiting about 20 minutes I called the office number. I was told that there was an hour window for the staff and they never give a specific time. I stated that I don't recall being told of a window. The woman on the line, Carmen, hung up on me. The maids were great but they are dishonest with there pricing. The first and only appointment I was quoted 96 bucks an hour with a 50 dollar discount. At no time was I told there was a 4 dollar fee for credit cards. It happens we talked about a lot but they claimed I signed a form that I know I didn't because the lady took down my credit card info on a blank piece of paper. She forgot the form. The service estimator did a written in home estimate for this client on October 24, 2019. The client signed this estimate in 2 places. The estimated time for the cleaning was 3 hours or more. After the first one and a half hours the charges are in additional 15 minute increments. Ms. L***** was told that there was a $100 dollar coupon available for weekly or bi-weekly service--$50 off the first cleaning and $10 off each of the next 5 cleanings. Beware, do not hire the Molly Maids of Woodbridge! I had a nightmare of an experience with them. #1. The team showed up 1/2 hour late. #2. Deliberately slow; charged extra to finish. #3. Broke a porcelain object which was hidden behind books in a bookcase. #4. Stole an antique letter opener. #5. Office denied my complaints, stood by "her girls" denials. 6. The owner listened, said she would follow up, never did.

We cleaned this home on February 6, 2017. The Molly Maid team's note stated that they were to spend only 1.75 hours cleaning bathrooms and floors only per Mrs. F*******'s request. However, after the team arrived she told them to clean the entire house. This task took them 4 hours, but because Mrs. F******* complained so much about how much time they needed to do what she asked, Molly Maid charged for 3 hours of time instead of 4 hours.
