For as much as I paid to have my house cleaned, this was one of the worst jobs I’ve seen. Let me put it this way...I’m not in the profession of cleaning, but I could have done a heck of a better job and just saved my money. The way the bed was made, I was convinced that a child had done it. Actually, I take that back. My 5 year old does a much better job. The carpets were not shaken out or vacuumed. The service was touted as the best- initially the commercial crew came and did a good job- however- The house cleaning ended up being a disaster. From top to bottom the cleaning was terrible- very little dusting, mopping with dirty water, no floor finish applied, no rugs pulled back to clean, not even the throw rugs. After they cleaned, the next day we spent a total of 5 hours finishing their job- highly unprofessional and definitely not someone I would recommend for cleaning services
Not use to using face book, but were so pleased with the service we received from using Molly Maid we just had to let people know that they do a wonderful job. from the time we called to make an appointment till the job was finished everyone we came in contact with was very polite and professional thru the whole experience. The owners could not have been more willing to satisfy you in every part of the job; from quoting to inspection.
