I scheduled a cleaning a month ago. They didn't want to send anyone for an estimate but told me that it should take 3 hours. This morning, they called to tell me that the "detailed" crew needed approval for 4-5 hours. I asked why. They told me that there was dog hair and dusting that needed to be done. I approved 4 hours. The scheduler told me the crew had already left but she would send another crew at 2pm that was less "detailed" for 4 hours. There is no customer service. There is no criticism with this office at all. If I were corporate I would take the franchise title away from them for poor service and absolutely no respect for the customers that keep them employed. The first thing was they had two people take 3 hours to clean an upstairs. When asked, she was so great with her customer service skills to say "I can't help it if you are that dirty all the time." They called and said that downstairs would take the same. At 80 an hour there is no way I am paying ... read more

I am sorry Mr. J********, buit the conditon of his house was not what we expected. The house was extremely dirty. When I talked to him I explained that it was going to take from 5- 6 hours, he only gave us 4 hours. The girls didn't have time to finish downstairs since he didn't give the time we needed to complete the job. I am sorry that he wasn't happy that his house wasn't finish, but we didn't have time.
