Molly Maids came to visit & I was really impressed with the sister team that did a great job with a standard cleaning of all surfaces & carpet. I’ll definitely look forward to having them back again for the next visit!
I requested a move out deep clean, overall they did an ok job but not completely impressed with the service. I was left with footprints all over on newly mopped floors, they forgot to wipe down several interior cabinets, missed baseboards in a couple of rooms and the floors were not swept or mopped in laundry room. Windows were not cleaned. They were here for 2 hours (11am - 1pm) but tried to charge me 3 hours until I had to bring it to their attention. I feel like they did a quick surface wipe down instead of deep cleaning.... read more
