Wow! Mollymaid you sent the dynamic duo today. Abigail and Nicole were very professional and tentative. They listened to our concerns and did a very thorough job. I'd highly recommend these two to anyone. I hope they are getting paid what they're worth. If not give them a raise, that is if you want to keep these two around... I had high hopes for this cleaning service but they have failed overall. They were quick to get me an appointment but after mediocre service, I can’t even get a call back to set things right. I requested a deep clean, which should be 2 hours of work at minimum. Ladies showed up, stayed an hour and missed quite a few areas, like an entire shower, dusting throughout the house, bedside tables, countertops, etc. I called back within 30 min of them leaving and was told a new crew would come out and do a reclean with the expectati... read more

Do not give these people your email! Once you do they do not stop sending you emails! Even if you request stop and block them the emails keep coming!

Gotta love the Molly Maids, effective and reliable service. My offices are always pristine when they are finished.
