I used to work for Molly Maids (North south and west) ********** manager is a total jerk and speaks badly about employees to other employees. And the Owner is inconsiderate and high on power. They take money out of our checks without notice and they dont pay overtime. We can work overtime but they wont pay up for it. ILLEGAL?
Terrible business. Unfortunately after using Molly Maid for 1 year and recently having to deal with property damage by the cleaners and no responsibility taken + many other things I will no longer use them. This business is not honest. The guarantee of care of the property and cleanliness is not honored. I always found dirt on the floor afterward. However, some teams are better than others. I don't think you have the facts. I had an agreement with ******** for a team with ******** and had been flexible with my schedule to accommodate their schedule. ******** and I worked on this within the year I utilized your services. She knew it was important that I could count on that team - who understood my requirements. She should have let me know. I also wasn't VERY upset. At Molly Maid, we do our very best to send the same team but when maids call in sick or no longer work here, sending the same team is impossible. We do our best though and I think we do a great job. The team that came to our house for a deep clean was very efficient, thorough, and unobtrusive if you're around working from home or something.
Ive used this company for almost 5 years. The quality of work is par as I can do much better job, but I keep them around because its nice to get a break. Ive never been late in paying and tip generously every time despite good or bad service. Sometimes its really bad, but its not worth my time to complain so I just clean it myself afterward. Hired Molly Maids of West Chester several years ago and not one time was everything on THEIR checklist done. They whip thru the house, sometimeis in 30 minutes, . I would go behind them after they left cleaning their missed items, upsetting my husband, so I began calling into the office to report what had been missed over and over again, the office always told me that they would send back the cleaners which I said no to because I work from home and it is disturbing enough to have them here once let alone having to come back.... read more
I hired this team to clean my empty rental unit. Nothing over the top dirty but definitely needed to be cleaned before putting it on the market or renting it out again. I was pleased with the way the kitchen, stove, cabinets and fridge came out. The young lady who worked in that area did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, the windows throughout the house were not done, the floors in at least one of the bedrooms was not washed and even the baseboards still had dirt on them! We used Molly Maids for about a year for general house cleaning. The service was fine and the team was professional. We had a small incident on day during the service - one of the team member accidently broke a glass lamp shade in our bathroom. She apologized, cleaned up the mess and reported it to her supervisor.
