Molly Maid of SW Charlotte has been a life and time saver for our family. The team always arrive with smiles of their faces, professionally dressed in uniforms with all that is needed to clean our home. The office staff is always available and happy to meet my needs if I need to reschedule or move a cleaning. I look forward to this wonderful service and people coming to my home every week. It allows me the time to spend with my children instead of cleaning!

We've had Molly Maid of SW Charlotte come in twice a month for several years, and they've done an outstanding job of keeping our home very clean, meeting some high standards. We've had minimal damage over the years, of little consequence. Debra in particular has been very consistent as the crew lead. Summary: We paid Molly maid for 18 months of service, which amounts to more than 40 cleanings and more than $6,000 in fees. In that time, they damaged more than $2,500 worth of property. Anytime I called to ask why an area of my house wasn't being cleaned (despite them charging me for it), they treated me like an inconvenience. I have never been happier with a cleaning service as I am with Molly Maids. They are professional, always on time and, if they are stuck in traffic or late for any reason, will call to let me know. Outstanding friendly service. Sometimes varies by crew, but generally great work. Responsive to requests for changes. Care is taken to avoid damage to fragile or sensitive belongings. Over five years of service, only 3-4 low value items damaged or broken, but as honest mistakes. Again, some crews or crewmembers are better than others, but overall we're very satisfied.
