All I can say is be very careful. The person giving the estimate was very pleasant and so were the ladies who cleaned our apartment. But beware, during the first cleaning they left a window unlocked. This is a security concern for us because our apartment is on the ground floor and we have been robbed in the past. When we brought this to the attention of the man who gave us the initial estimate, he said he would pass that information along to the cleaning crew. I have to say I'm very disappointed with the level of service that I received using Molly Maid of Bergenfield. Initially the supervisor was very pleasant and assured us of top notch service. After our first cleaning we found a window blind was left wide open and a window was left unlocked. We live on the ground floor so that is an unacceptable safety and security issue. We alerted the supervisor to the security breaches and he apologized and assured us that it would not happen again. After today's cleaning, we were shocked t... read more
