RecommendedAlisha and Natasha did such a great job deep cleaning my home. We have dogs who shed a lot of hair and track so much dirt in the house. I'd never seen the floors so clean after they were done! They were also patient with my nosy dog who insisted on being pet while they finished up the kitchen. We are very happy we chose to become customers.

Complete waste of time and money. We contracted for cleaning as we listed our home for sale following renters moving out. They were late and did not complete the job. They even went as far as removing a shelf from the fridge and hiding it under the sink rather than clean it. We immediately called to provide feedback within the 24 hour satisfaction period. The first 2 cleanings were great! The last 3 have been horrible. The house never smells fresh. The only cleaning products We see in the bucket is Comet, and 1 spray bottles with water. The fabulous that they use is diluted with water. We have pictures of what they use! Also it’s wise to have cameras in your homes to see what their workers actually do, which is cut corners. Paid for the move-in cleaning special and have had to clean multiple surfaces and drawers as we move in. They were supposed to call me when they were finished so that I could come to the house and check it out, but they did not, I tried to get a hold of them multiple times while they were cleaning but they did not respond. Very disappointed, will not use again.

RecommendedI hired Molly Maid for a move-in cleaning, particularly in the bathrooms and kitchen. Jenna and Elda were wonderful --- so thorough, professional, and pleasant. They definitely receive a 5 star from me. They transformed a filthy tub into one I actually can use now. This was the first time I used Molly Maid and I'd definitely use them again!
I hired Molly Maid to perform a move out cleaning of my house. They didnt wipe down counters, didn't mop, baseboards weren't cleaned, the sliding door wasn't cleaned, the list goes on. Looks like the only thing they did was clean the mirrors and fold the toliet paper into a pretty triangle.. Extremely disappointed I wasted my money on this company.
