If you want consistent, good cleaning, look somewhere else. I've used them for over a year and the service quality is poor. I've contacted them at least 4 times regarding problems and they just can't seem to correct them. Example - I pointed out that they put the fitted sheet on sideways on several occasions which causes it to pull out after one night's sleep. They "talked" to the crew but it happened again and again. Very disappointed in the first cleaning I had with them. They sent 2 girls out and I specifically told them what to go do. Mind you there wasn’t a lot that they had to do. I am disabled so I was in the spare bedroom the whole time the were here. One of the girls stayed on the phone the whole time she was here. Things were not cleaned for instance dust on blinds and cup rings on table surface.

Never again. Two maids sent out by Molly Maid. I was very specific about what I needed them to clean. Maid 1 fails to clean shower dish in shower (after I told her to clean the shower) and claims a mark on bathroom tile is "permanent." I smudged it off with the toe of my sock. That was bad enough, but Maid 2, on her own initiative, went into an area I did not specify and that I did not want her in. I was very specific: Bathroom 1, Bathroom 2, and/or kitchen.
