They did a great job of cleaning the house.
This is how I found my dryer after Molly Maids cleaned my house. When I called to address it they said “we don’t remember seeing this” there was no effort at all to do anything about this. They would accept any responsibility, and then suggested that I did this by placing something heavy on my dryer. This is no way to do business. I would not recommend them to anyone for ANY job.
My experience with Molly Maids was 10/10. They communicated well and in a timely manner. The people I spoke with were very nice (my apartment was a disaster). They helped me to feel at ease. Once the cleaning was completed, I felt at peace in my home again. Despicable company, I waited for 2 hours for them to show up. 30 minutes after the window ended they call telling me they will arrive after I loose access to my old apartment and have the nerve to charge me for the pleasure. Outrageous and unsatisfactory.
