I paid for 4 hours of service (Cape Coral, FL) which was to include a FULL HOUSE cleaning for my parents. Upon my arrival the next day, there was still an excessive amount of dust in easy to reach areas, the fridge shelving containing spill stains and the 3 cleaners were only there under 3 hours. I tried contacting the manager Myra numerous times during business hours, leaving a voicemail, yet my call was never followed up on. A team of three came and did a great job. They cleaned everything and with family coming, they saved us alot of work. Very professional. We will use them again when needed.
This was my first time using Molly Maid I wanted to get my mom's house cleaned before she was discharged from the hospital. I spoke to Myra at the office and she was always so helpful and accommodating. Steve, the owner came to provide us with a quote for the deep clean we needed, and he was so nice, professional and thorough with everything.
