When I booked my appointment for a move out deep clean the lady at the front desk told me that I would be first on the list and they would arrive around 8:30 AM as the house is 7,000+ sq feet. 8:30 comes and nothing. Tried calling the office and they would not answer. 9:30AM I got a text saying that they will be arriving around lunch time and they will call when on the way. RecommendedHave been a client for eight years now and they always do a wonderful job. Have only had one team in these past eight years with whom I had problems. Never have to deal with them again. Franchise owners and customer service are outstanding.
When I used them 2 years ago they were great, but I don't ever want the 2 who came last week: threw away something on my kitchen counter without asking; accidentally or purposely laid my soap filled dish brush on it's side and I found my paper towel holder swimming in Dawn; did not do a good job on my stove top or sink.
