Very disappointing experience. The night before our scheduled cleaning (around 7 PM), they called to reschedule, which forced us to delay listing our home by a week. On the new date, we were given a 10–12 window, then told the day-of they wouldn’t arrive until 12:30. When questioned, they tried to claim a different time window had been given. We were quoted 3.5 hours for a move-out clean in an empty house, but after only 1.5 hours they said it would take 6 hours. At that point, two cleaners had only completed two bathroom si... read more
