Great Job They cleaned my house and did a great job. it sure was nice to come home to a nice and clean house. They were very nice to deal with and curtious. Very nice people.
Had Molly Maids for over 10 years, got a letter in the mail ending service saying we (my husband and I) could be put on a waiting list. That’s how you treat a customer of over 10 years??? No phone call, just end service, due to low staffing with a letter in the mail and offer to be put on their waiting list!!!!!! Crazy!!!!!Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!
RecommendedMolly Maid is awesome - they have been coming to our home for over 10 years and we are ALWAYS pleased with their cleaning. When I retired one of the things I told my husband was that I was going to continue having was Molly Maid.
Well I love molly maid. Diana and rich have welcomed me back with open arms countless times and have always helped me out when I need it. My co workers are great and make the days better and Diana never fails to make me smile. Wouldn’t wanna scrub toilets for anyone else!
This is my first time to book with Molly Maid and they did not show up despite I called them. The lady who answered the phone said she will call back but did not. Wasted my day. Very unprofessional!
Mona and Katrina, Thanks you for taking great care of our home. Always looks so clean when y’all are finished. Thank you for the interaction with Fisher and Finchley. They both (well that’s not true Finchley doesn’t like anybody) look forward to your visits. Fisher knows what day your are showing up and waits on the couch in the front window.
