Hired them and they did a lovely job cleaning my place. However, they will NOT stop emailing me promotional crap. I have asked them multiple times to stop and they just ignore my request. Edit: 7 months after hiring them and they still are sending me weekly promotional emails despite me responding multiple times asking them to stop.
Excellent service! The Molly Maid team does a wonderful job and is responsive and punctual. We love coming home after their cleanings. The house feels fresh, with clean floors, spotless kitchen, perfectly made beds, and clutter tidied up. Highly recommend!
Be warned! Molly Maids drivers are thoughtless. Driving into intersections at speeds well above the limit. Nearly caused an accident and forced me to slam the brakes. As a consequence my lunch was thrown from the front seat and caused a huge mess in he front of my car. Called the office and they said they were sorry. No effort to clean the mess.
I needed to get my dad’s house cleaned after clearing it out of junk. There was years of dust and neglect that needed to be cleaned and this amazing crew of two did an amazing job. They came right at the beginning of the time window which I always like. They were efficient and thorough. It was nice to see the place cleaned. I would use them again!
