They always do a thorough job and customer service is top notch.
They charged us for 3 hours of work when there were here for only 2.5 hours, which came to $285 - a ridiculous amount of money to clean a 900-square-foot 2-bedroom apartment with no children, no pets, and two reasonably tidy adults. They gave us a "discount" of $50 to sign up for regular cleaning service ($235 is still way too much for this service, and when I emailed asking that they address the issue, the email I received in response was extremely unprofessional and did not offer to make things right.)
