I was curious about this specific business and decided to look at the reviews. Unfortunately I find myself repulsed by the way the owner interacts with negative reviews given to their business, as they seem to rely on deflecting the blame to the customer. I don't even care necessarily whether the customer is right or wrong in the reviews that the owner has responded to, because the method in which they consciously chose to address dissatisfied customers appears to be very lousy, and frankly embarrassing. Not Recommended. Really bad cleaning. grease and dirt left on window frames, half wall, floor corners, walls dirty. Oven was disgusting. they spent 3 hours and barely anything was cleaned and got charged a hefty fee of $389.85. New Tenants were not happy. Now I have to pay a different company to get it done properly. I have tried calling many times and no one answers.
