I first met Dr. Black after being admitted to OPRMC to discuss a treatment plan for multiple fractures of the pelvis. Dr, Black conveyed a professional manner while exhibiting a very empathetic approach. She very patiently discussed my injuries and surgical options with the overriding concern to not do any unnecessary procedures, She took an additional day to review my case and returned to present her best options and get my opinion as to how I wanted to proceed. I had a great outcome.

HER CARING AND PROFESSIONALISM IS OVER THE TOP. I HAD A BAD ACCIDENT THAT LEFT MY LOWER LEG BASICALLY SHATTERED. AFTER SIX OR EIGHT WEEKS THERE WAS NO HEALING TAKING PLACE AND WAS TOLD I WOULD POSSABLY LOOSE MY LOWER LEG. I SOUGHT A SECOND OPINION AND FOUND DR. BLACK. I COULD TELL FROM THE START I WAS IN GOOD HANDS WITH DR. BLACK AND HER ASSISTANT. I COULD SEE THEY WERE GOING TO DO WHATEVER IT TOOK TO SAVE MY LEG. Dr. Black is one of the most conscientious and sweetest people you'll ever meet. As a doctor she gives you the time and courtesy that you deserve as a patient. I would suggest highly going to her for any orthopedic issues you have.
