Filthy apartment on move in day. No furniture. Supposed to discount rent by $150 for first month + credit our account by amount we spent on a bed frame to get mattress off the floor. This is AFTER traveling from Ohio to move in and learning the day before furniture won't be there. Needless to say, first month rent is showing as the full amount. Mold, roaches, apartments not furnished as the lease said...management refuse to refund deposit. the apartments up front are the best. refuse to move us to a better apartment. all in all a horrible experience and never slept there one night because there was no bed

The management, Rebecca && Brandon are absolutely phenomenal!!! The maintenance guys even welcome you and make you feel at home! Everyone goes above and beyond to satisfy every guest! I highly recommend Molly Barr Trails/Ridge!
