The staff@DrDel Santo office is VERY, rude and unprofessional. I contacted the Scheduler from the office I was going to she told me me that everybody from the office I was going to. I was told she has gotten nothing but complaints from Dr Smyths office . He was the best Dr I’ve ever seen . The scheduler from Dr Del Santos office needs to understand that she he dealing with live people with feelings.i am paying for this service.that she is getting paid for.,watch out for the employees @ this office.

Awful bedside manner and lack of compassion for the patient. This MD immediately did a Botox injection in my daughters neck that was tramautic and did not work. She wanted us to wait in the emergency room for hours if not days to schedule a sedated MRI. I called Sinai Radiology the next day and was able to schedule an appointment. Bad form and lack of compassion for an individual with Autism.

I called to schedule and appt and was told I need a referral. It took a while to get a call back, but eventually did and scheduled an appointment, which i had on the books for a long time. I then needed to reschedule, and when I called in, they told me that I did not have the correct referral, and now cant schedule anything at all, and wouldn't accommodate my original referral that allowed them to put me on the schedule. Big waste of time and unhelpful customer service.

Dr DelSanto was very kind, patient, listens well and explains everything clearly. In fact she made a outline of what we covered in my first visit and gave it to me. She was well prepared by making herself familiar with notes from my previous neurologist that helped both her and myself. I would highly recommend Dr. DelSanto 😊✔️
