From start to finish, my experience at Molle Toyota was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Today's experience was not like other ones. I am very frustrated and disturbed with today's service? I took my vehicle in for ONLY an oil change at 7:15am. After 2 + hours I decided to go to the service desk to get a status one completion! This had never happened before. But my suspicion was that I was overlooked as my car appeared to have been serviced & parked for awhile! Nearly $100 later (with a coupon) I left It is ridiculous. very bad customer service They took delivery of the car on the basis that it would fix the faults that it had. They charged me $800 and did not repair the faults, but other faults appeared in it, and the same problem exists as it is.
