Today's experience was not like other ones. I am very frustrated and disturbed with today's service? I took my vehicle in for ONLY an oil change at 7:15am. After 2 + hours I decided to go to the service desk to get a status one completion! This had never happened before. But my suspicion was that I was overlooked as my car appeared to have been serviced & parked for awhile! Nearly $100 later (with a coupon) I left It is ridiculous.
