Upon arrival I was happily greeted and complimented by a young sales girl. She was nice, yet I quickly learned inexperienced. She asked me what styles I was into and if I had ideas for my dress, which I did. I told her exactly what I wanted and exactly what I didn't want. She left and returned with exactly was I didn't want. This left me feeling unheard and a little frustrated. From the moment we walked in, Jen (the owner?) had an off putting attitude. Almost as if she was doing us a favor by allowing us in her store. We had an appointment scheduled, and were looking forward to the appointment for weeks. We were not greeted, we were not told the "rules" of the store, but boy, did we quickly learn!
